Is COVID 19 impacting delivery?

At House of Pixen we strive for timely and safe delivery of your purchased products. However, during these times of coronavirus, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please, do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current local provisions.

What is the House of PIXEN return policy?

House of Pixen will allow unopened packages to be returned with
store credit on future purchases. We will not refund any opened products
packages after they are delivered.

Products damaged during shipping need to be reported per the Terms of Use provisions for proper handling.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship or deliver within 10 business days of receiving your order (during promotional periods, orders may be delayed due to high demand).

We ship via USPS Priority mail to the United States which typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days from the ship date. You will receive automatic shipping and delivery notification emails to keep you apprised of the shipping status. We ship using traceable methods so once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable if not received by the recipient. Please check with your local postal office in the instance a theft occurs.

NOTE: During the COVID-19 period, shipping carriers are experiencing extraordinary delays. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates, nor provide refunds if packages arrive later than anticipated.
