We ship or deliver within 10 business days of receiving your order (during promotional periods, orders may be delayed due to high demand).
We ship via USPS Priority mail and UPS within the United States which typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days from the ship date. You will receive automatic shipping and delivery notification emails to keep you apprised of the shipping status. We ship using traceable methods so once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable if not received by the recipient. Please check with your local postal office in the instance a theft occurs.
NOTE: During the COVID-19 period, shipping carriers are experiencing extraordinary delays. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates, nor provide refunds if packages arrive later than anticipated.
House of Pixen will allow unopened packages to be returned with store credit on future purchases. We will not refund any opened products packages after they are delivered.
